Terms of sale and refunds

These terms apply when you buy the Fabricator's Google Ads Playbook (the playbook) on calibreb2b.com. The short version: you pay once, you keep it, and if it isn't right for you, write to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Who you're buying from
The playbook is sold by Calibre, Laval, Quebec.

What you get
Online access to the playbook in French and English: 15 chapters and 3 appendices, 11 interactive planning tools, and a printable edition.
Downloadable templates: the Excel toolkit, the lead tracker and the negative keyword lists. Files you download are yours to keep.
Updates we make to the 2026 edition are included at no extra cost.
Not included: Google Ads spend, campaign setup or management, and individual consulting. Those are separate services.

Price, taxes and payment
The price is shown in Canadian dollars on the playbook page. It's a one-time payment, with no subscription and no renewal.
Applicable sales taxes (GST, QST or HST) are added at checkout where required.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You receive a receipt and an invoice at the email address you paid with.

Access
You're taken into the playbook as soon as your payment goes through. To come back later, sign in with the email address you paid with: we send you a one-time link, no password needed.
If we ever stop offering the online edition, we'll tell you by email at least 90 days ahead so you can download the printable edition and the templates.

How you can use it
Your purchase covers one business. You can use the playbook inside your company and share it with your employees and with the person or agency running your campaigns.
You can't resell, republish or publicly share the playbook, its tools or its templates, or share your sign-in with people outside your business. Calibre keeps the copyright.

14-day refund
If the playbook isn't right for you, write to info@calibreb2b.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you paid with or with your receipt number. No need to give a reason.
We refund the full amount, taxes included, to your original payment method within 5 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
If you were charged twice or can't get into the playbook and we can't fix it, we refund you at any time.

No guarantee of results
The playbook teaches a method; it doesn't guarantee quote requests, sales or any other result. Results depend on your market, offer, budget, implementation and follow-up.
You remain responsible for your Google Ads account, your ad spend and compliance with Google's policies.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, Calibre's total liability for the playbook is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, that can't be waived.

Personal information
We use your name, email address and payment details only to process your order, give you access and send your receipt and invoice. Our privacy policy explains how we protect them.

Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
We may update these terms. The version in effect on the day you buy applies to your purchase.
